Founding Member and Owner
Mike has experience in every phase of residential construction and has built a solid reputation among his peers, competitors and most notably the loyal customers of Advanced Restoration & Waterproofing.
He is married to his lovely wife Terry and they have four children and one grandchild. Mike and Terry are members of New Life Community Church in Nashville Indiana. He is currently holding the position of JR. Warden at Nashville Lodge #135 of Free & Accept Masons.
Jr. Partner and Founding Co-op Member
Matt has been a part of our team since 2012. He learned quickly and was a team lead from 2014-2016, successfully completing over 1000 installations and renovation projects. In 2017, he moved into our lead inspector and sales associate position.
He now holds the position of Jr. Partner on our team. He is responsible for day to day field operations and customer service.
Matts married to his wife Ashley and they have two children. He enjoys off roading, 4 wheelling on his property and sports his children are involved in.
Lead Project Consultant
Marty has been an important part of our team for over 7 years. He has experience in marketing, customer relations and inspections. He has performed over 5000 inspections and looks forward to helping you!
He is a husband to his lovely wife Teala and the father to four children. He like walking his dogs, watching the Chigo Bears and Hiking in his off time. He and Teala attend church in Florence Kentucky.
Team Lead and Foundning Co-op Member
Allan has over 25 years experience in the restoration industry and been a part of our team 6 years. He's proven himself as a leader over and over again.
He enjoys the work and is someone that our younger team members can call on if presented with a challenge.
Allan is the father of six children. When he is not working he enjoys his time being a dad. fishing and haunting.
He and his wife Mary Kay are members of the Martinsville, Spirt of Life church.
Office Management and Service Team
Thomas has been a part of our team for over 2 years. He is skilled in both field work and is currently managing our office.
He is married and father of two small children.
Team Lead and Founding Co-op Member
Kedrick has been apart of the ARW family for 6 years and has 12 years experience in the industry. He learned from his father who has a lifetime of experience in the trade. He has proven himself over and over in every type of installation we do.
He is the father of two. He like to ride moto-X and race cars in spare time. along with spending time hunting and fishing.
Randy has over 10 years in restoration and has been on our team for 5 years.
He is an Indiana native and the father of four children. In his off time he enjoys camping, fishing, RC cars and chicken farming. He is the founding member of of " About that Life RC customs RC Club".
Project Team Member
Chris has been a part of our team for over a year and with his over 12 years of experience in construction and restoration is proving himself to be a reliable and valuable team member.
Despite being one of the newest members of the ARW family, Joshua has made significant progress and has what appears to be a natural ability in this field He is a very hands on person and ready to fix almost anything! He has had the opportunity to learn from his father who has been a part of the industry since 2012.
he looks forward to meeting you and helping diagnose your problem.
Keith has 3 years experience in our industry and and another 10 years in restoration and construction. He a valued part of our team.
In his off time he enjoys hiking, playing guitar, watching the Packers and cooking.
his family attends Baptist Tabernacle church in Martinsville. Keith is the father of six children
Zach has worked with us for over 6 years. He was trained by our Jr. Partner Matt. He hasn't choose to take a team lead lead position as yet but we are working on him! He a hard worker and very accomplished in our craft. We are blessed as an organization to have him.
Team Lead and Project Consultant
Aaron grew up around the business and learned it from his father and brother. He primarily works during the winter and early spring months running installation teams and doing evaluations. He works full time for Rieth-Riley as a foreman.
He is excellent at his trade and we all wish we could have him full time!
